Future Leaders Mentorship Program is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth through mentorship, education, and career readiness. We provide structured programs that help young people develop leadership skills, confidence, and career pathways.

16% ($20,000) covers administrative costs - Essential for keeping our programs running smoothly, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit standards.
12% ($15,000) goes toward fundraising efforts - This allows us to expand our reach, secure new grants, and bring in more resources to serve even more students.
